Bat Damask

I did a photoshop tutorial here, and made myself a lovely damask pattern with crows, roses, hearts and batwings!

I will probably use it for a background for a webpage or a blog or something. I played around with colors and texture as well:

It was a lot of fun to do - I would definitely like to try making more patterns like this :D

Inspired by TotusMel's Alice in Wonderland post, I wanted to try my hand at a cheshire kitty. I might go back and clean this up/spend more than an hour on it so I can print it out and frame it in a cute antique frame or something.

The D.C. goth scene lost someone the other day who was really important to pretty much every person who knew him. It's reminded me a lot of the friend I lost, Howard, who I still miss very much.
